FAQ
How do the guests actually vote?
Every guest is given a set of physical voting tickets upon entry. They earn more tickets by engaging with different stations or completing networking 'challenges' we build into the night. They place their tickets in the ballot box of the bartender they want to win.
Do we need to provide the alcohol or the bar?
We are a full-service production company. We bring the bars, the specialized glassware, the ice, the garnishes, and the spirits. If your venue has specific requirements or you'd prefer to use your own stock, we can adjust our production accordingly.
How long does a typical competition take?
Most events run between 2.5 and 5 hours. This includes a networking reception, the live head-to-head competition rounds, the voting period, and the live trophy ceremony.
Is this event insured for corporate environments?
We issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for every event we produce, with your company named as additional insured. Compliance documentation is part of every proposal.
Can you host events outside of Philadelphia?
Yes. We're based in Philadelphia and built to travel, producing events for corporate teams and agencies nationwide. Travel and logistics are scoped into your proposal.
What if some guests don't drink alcohol?
Our competitions always include a high-end non-alcoholic flight or 'mocktail' track. We ensure that non-drinking guests have the same level of taste experience and voting power as everyone else in the room.
